Derek Roy played 21.5 minutes of tonight's game. It was by far the most minutes of any forward on the Sabres. Yet he has nothing to show for it except 6 faceoff wins. NOTHING else. Not a shot, not a point, not even a +/- rating.

Wow, that IS weird. It's also weird that he played so many minutes. At one point during OT I actually thought to myself, "Oh, Roy-Z. I forgot about him. Has he been playing all night?"
I think Lindy and Roy might be best friends or something. Fans have noticed the past few seasons that Roy always seems to avoid Ruff's "doghouse" despite poor performance.
They probably text each other and shit.
